  • Eli Ghoori

    At the young age of 21, Eli had already completed his MBA from Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business. He spent the next four years as a financial analyst and was responsible for hundreds of millions of capital outlay. Subsequently, Eli founded and operated his own financing company and has since deployed more than $150m in creative financing to businesses across the country. Eli spent his formative years in Chile where he established deep roots in the emerging markets in Latin America and brings his unique approach and robust financing experience to all of our deals.

  • Joe Lieberman

    Joe Lieberman is a managing partner and member of the founding team at the K20 Fund. Joe received his JD from Harvard Law School. After graduation, he joined Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP where he represented Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and others in a multitude of complex transactions. Joe has since led numerous successful transactions in the private sector and small-cap market. He is also a serial entrepreneur, founding his first start-up in health-tech while in college, and subsequently co-founded a number of companies in other sectors. Joe has played a lead role in investing and counseling tens of small and large companies in his portfolio.

  • Jake Winograd

    Jake is a serial entrepreneur launching his first startup in the nascent DTC market at age 20 and growing the business to several million a year in sales before successfully exiting to a large chain. Following that, Jake worked at a vitamin manufacturer heading up the sales team and securing deals with Walgreens, Kroger, and other big box brands. Subsequently, Jake launched another DTC startup in the eyewear sector building that to several million a year before exiting. With multiple successful exits under his belt as an operator, Jake has since spent his time on the investment side, providing capital and counseling to companies in his portfolio.
